1. Patients aged 18-85 years;
2. Drug input: 5 < pH < 9, osmotic pressure < 600mosm / L;
3. Puncture site: thick and straight veins below elbow of upper limb were selected;
4. The daily input liquid volume is less than 1500ml, and the dropping rate is set at about 60d / min;
5. Vascular condition: grade 0-1 according to Hagle me vascular grading method [20];
6. Those patients without vascular basic diseases and coagulation system diseases;
7. Patients without acute vascular injury or local chronic inflammation;
8. Patients with successful venipuncture at one time;
9. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
1. Patients with a long history of chronic diseases;
2. Patients with foaming agent and parenteral nutrition solution included in the administration plan of infusion therapy;
3. Delirium, coma and psychosis.
