- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate the relationship between salivary bone-specific alkaline phosphatase and skeletal maturity assessed using lateral cephalogram and hand- wrist radiograph as one time analysis.Timepoint: Base line
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To identify and estimate the B-ALP level in whole unstimulated saliva at different stages of skeletal maturity.

2. To correlate B-ALP level in saliva with different stages of skeletal development using CVMI.

3. To correlate B-ALP level in saliva with different stages of skeletal development determined using hand-wrist radiograph (computerized method using software).

4. To correlate CVMI with Hand-wrist radiograph to assess the different stages of skeletal development.

Timepoint: 3 months
