Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged between 1 to 10 years.
Patients of both sex.
Patients with ASA Grade I & II.
All Patients selected for elective
pediatric surgeries of duration 1.5-2 hrs
Exclusion Criteria
Patients parent refusal
Allergy to opioids
Difficult airway
Viral positive cases
