In knee OA group, voluntary females with knee OA will included in the study if they show sign and symptom according to the below criteria.
- At least 3 months of knee pain experience
- Showing knee varus deformity (35cm intercondylar distance (39) or has radiographic confirm)
- At least 3 of following criteria of the American College of Rheumatology classification criteria
- Age > 50 years old
- Morning knee joint stiffness < 30 minutes
- Crepitus on active motion
- Bony tenderness
- Bony enlargement
- No palpable warmth of synovium
- History of spine, pelvic, or lower extremity fracture or surgery.
- Having experience of intra-articular corticosteroid injection within 6 months
- Taking oral corticosteroid within 4 weeks before testing
- Having experience of intra-articular hyaluronic acid injection within 6 months
- BMI 3 35
- Unable to walk without gait aid
- Diagnosed with systemic diseases
- Diagnosed with neurological disease
- Having spinal deformity
- Taking the medication or substance which relate to the change of muscle
activation or conscious
