Inclusion Criteria
1) parturients scheduled for elective Cesarean section under regional anesthesia, more than gestational age 36 weeks
2) American Society of Anesthesia physical status I, II
3) Height more than 155cm, Weight <100kg
Exclusion Criteria
1) contraindication to regional anestehsia
2) parturents with fetal distress
3) fail to regional anesthesia
4) twin pregnancy
5) parturients with epidural catheterization for labor analgesia
6) history of allergic reaction to local anesthetics
