Inclusion Criteria

Individuals dissatisfied with the color of their teeth and with good oral health; anterosuperior teeth with vitality, free of cavities and restorations on the vestibular surface; upper central incisors with coloration equal to or darker than A2, according to the Vita Classical color scale; stimulated or provoked dentin sensitivity in any superior superior premolar, canine and incisive

Exclusion Criteria

Severe intrinsic stains on the teeth (such as tetracycline or fluorosis); active periodontal disease; use of any anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antioxidant action drugs
