3. Patients undergoing open nephrectomy.
Exclusion Criteria

ï?µDonor Nephrectomy to transplant recepient
ï?µInfection around the puncture site
ï?µCoagulation disorders
ï?µh/o drug abuse
ï?µemergency surgery
ï?µpregnancy
ï?µcritically ill patient
ï?µpre op chronic back pain or chest wall pain
