1.Patients presenting with the clinical features of Plantar fasciitis (Padakantaka).
2.Age 30-60 year.
3.Either sex caste, creed etc.
4.Patients willing to undergo trial.
1.Patients not consenting to the trial.
2.Patients having open surgical procedure of plantar fascia.
3.Patient having calcaneum spur.
4.Patient having fracture calcaneum or traumatic or post traumatic pain.
5.Patient having malignancy of plantar region.
6.Patient having anatomical defect, or congenital structural defect of plantar region.
7.Patient having diabetes mellitus or features of peripheral neuropathy.
