Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age \>/\= 40 years
- •2\. Patients with COPD who have an indication for long\-term oxygen therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Previous history of thoracic surgery
- •2\. Recent exacerbation of COPD within 3 months
- •3\. Recent acute coronary syndrome or acute heart failure within 3 months
- •4\. Patients who have a contraindication for spirometry
