Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients aged 18 years or older who develop acute dyspnea with hypoxemia breathing frequency 24 min and oxygen saturation from pulse oximetry SpO2 94 at room air
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 hemodynamic instability
- •2 needed invasive mechanical ventilation
- •3 chronic respiratory failure with long term oxygen supplementation
- •4 decreased level of consciousness Glasgow Coma Scale 13
- •5 uncooperative
- •6 pregnant women
