- Age > 18 y/o
- Acute coronary syndrome patients
- Chronic coronary artery disease patients
- Healthy volunteers
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient refusal
- Allergy to Clopidogrel
- Receive Gp IIb/IIIa inhibitor simultaneously
- Cancer history
- Severe renal and liver function impairment
- Coagulopathy
