- •_Patient intubé pour analgésie
- •_Présence d'une contre-indication au succinylcholine:
- •-Antécédents personnels ou familiaux d'hypertermie maligne reconnue
- •-Hypersensibilité reconnue à la succinylcholine
- •-Atteinte musculaire congénitale
- •-Hyperkaliémie certaine
- •-Chirurgie ophtalmique à globe ouvert
- •-Déficit congénital en speudocholinesterases plasmatiques connus
- •Présence d'une contre-indication à la kétamine:
- •-Hypersensibilité reconnue à la kétamine
