- •patient coming to the emergency with acute intestinal obstruction will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient presenting with Refractory shock, bowel perforation, Organ Failure in Peri-operative Period, Pregnant Females. Post-operative Mechanical Ventilator Support > 24 hours.
