Patients who are scheduled general anesthesia for elective surgery.
ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class I or II
age 20~65
Patients whose preoperative EKG is abnormal
Patients who have other than sinus rythm
Patients who have QTc interval over 440ms
Patients who have cardiac valvular disease, cardiomyopathy and coronary artery disease.
Patients who have abnormalities in electrolyte
Patients who have medication that effect on QTc interval ( eg. antiarrythmic drug, antibiotics, antidepressant, antipsychotics, antihistamine, antiemetics, beta blocker)
