入选标准
- •Patients who are scheduled general anesthesia for elective surgery.
- •ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class I or II
排除标准
- •Patients whose preoperative EKG is abnormal
- •Patients who have other than sinus rythm
- •Patients who have QTc interval over 440ms
- •Patients who have cardiac valvular disease, cardiomyopathy and coronary artery disease.
- •Patients who have abnormalities in electrolyte
- •Patients who have medication that effect on QTc interval ( eg. antiarrythmic drug, antibiotics, antidepressant, antipsychotics, antihistamine, antiemetics, beta blocker)
