Inclusion Criteria
1.Age >56 years old
2.Diagnosed knee OA and eligible for bilateral primary total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
1.Diagnosed secondary knee OA from inflammatory joint disease
2.Hb < 10 g/dl before surgery
3.Platelet deficiency or dysfunction
4.Coagulopathy
5.Recent acute MI within 30 days
