Inclusion Criteria
Parents of children of either gender whose age is <= one-year-old.
Parents of vaccinating children whose age is <= one-year-old from the rural area.
Exclusion Criteria
Parents of vaccinating children of either gender whose age is > one year old.
Parents with vaccinating children whose age is <= one-year-old, who are not willing to participate in the study.
Parents with vaccinating children whose age is <= one-year-old, who are not cooperative during the study.

Name Time Method Improvement in KAP of parents on vaccine safety monitoring and reporting of Pentavalent post-vaccination due to educational intervention. <br/ ><br>Assessing the improvement of KAP will be done by the Chi-square test and the student t-test with a significance level of 95%.Timepoint: Day 0 (Pre-Intervention KAP), Day 7 (Educational Intervention), Day 24 (Post Intervention KAP), Day 32 (Vaccine-induced Adverse events treatment Outcome)
