Inability to consent for the study
Anticipated difficult intubation or ventilation
Pregnancy
BMI >28
Neurosurgery
Nasal lesions, patient with active nasaopharyngeal infection. Spatula test will be done to rule out nasal obstruction.
Chronic respiratory diseases.
Uncontrolled hypertension, congestive heart failure
Elevated intracranial pressure
SpO <= 97% on air
Smokers
• WITHDRAWL CRITERIA - Cormack and Lehane grade 3 or grade 4 view on laryngoscopy, Unanticipated difficult ventilation
