1.Elderly people age between 60-75 years.
2.Performance status of 0-2 on zubrods performance scale.
3.Not practicing yoga from last one year.
4.Literate or minimum 10thstd education with knowledge of English or Kannada.
1.Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, endocrine disorders
2.Known H/o symptomaticheart disease and lung disease
3.Use of bronchodilators
4.Dementia
5.Clinically requiring psychological help
6.Post-stroke
7.Neuromusculoskeletal illnesses
8.Major orthopedic diagnosis in the lower back, Pelvis or lower extremities
9.Severe rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis h/o recent fractures/trauma affecting mobility
10.Immobile and Wheelchair users
11.Undertaking drug therapy treating metabolic abnormalities
12.Acute medical illness preventing participation in the program
13.Physical conditions not suitable for exercise training, and tobacco users
