Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age more than 18\. Patients with symmetrically, bilaterally, horizontal or vertical completely impacted lower third molars with difficulty index ranged from 7 to 10 based on Pederson's description, who in need of surgical extraction (c) no pericoronitis or periapical lesions. Patients who are cooperative and able to attend the follow\-up visits. No previous history of systemic diseases or under systemic drugs
Exclusion Criteria
- •(a) Age less than 18
- •(b) Patients with asymmetrically, bilaterally, horizontal or vertical completely impacted lower third molars.
- •(c)pericoronitis or periapical lesions.
- •(d) previous history of systemic diseases or under systemic drugs.
