Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Both male \& female patients
  • 2\.Age group between 30 to 70 years
  • 3\.Pre\-operative patients with any abdominal surgery
  • 4\.First time undergoing abdominal surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Subjects with known neurological deficits such as spinal cord injury, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, poliomyelitis, guillain\- barre syndrome, myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy.
  • 2\.Subjects with unstable cardio respiratory disease.
  • 3\.Subjects with unstable medical condition and high diabetes.
  • 4\.Subjects not willing to participate /Uncooperative participants.
  • 5\.Orthopaedic anomalies such as kyphoscoliosis, ankylosing spondylosis, fracture of thoracic cage.
  • 6\.Patient with any acute respiratory infection.
