Inclusion Criteria
- •1.60 岁及以上社区老年人；
- •3.能够站立 15 分钟及以上（可借助助行器等辅助工具）；
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.重度认知功能障碍和精神疾病；
- •2.患有严重躯体疾病以及处于疾病急性发作期；
- •3.患有房颤或其他严重心律失常；
