Inclusion Criteria
Patient of either gender aged 18 years and above undergoing laproscopic surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
(i) No consent (ii) Pregnant patients (iii) Contraindication to study drugs (iv) Patients with maxillofacial injuries (v) Patients with intracranial vascular pathology (vi) Airway contamination or likelihood of pulmonary aspiration

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method (i) To correlate changes in MCA flow velocity with EtCO2 <br/ ><br>(ii) To correlate changes in MCA flow velocity with systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2), age & gender. <br/ ><br>(iii) To note the incidence of delayed emergence from anaesthesia, if any. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Pre-operative <br/ ><br>post pre-oxygenation <br/ ><br>post induction <br/ ><br>after intubation <br/ ><br>during pneumoperitoneum <br/ ><br>after desufflation
