Severe ketosis, diabetic coma and precoma, tyep 1 diabetes 9. Severe infection, pre- and post-operation, severe trauma 10. Malnutrition, famine, panhypopituitarism and adrenal failure 11. Pregnancy 12. Allergic to biguanides
