1. All patients aged =18 years who are fulfilling 2010 ACR-EULAR classification criteria for RA.
2. Patients having low disease activity as per DAS28 criteria.
3. Patients treated with DMARD for at least 3 months with stable conditions.
4. Patients who will give consent for inclusion in the study.
Trauma history, local abscess, septic arthritis, patients on opioids analgesics, malignancy, pregnancy, HCV, HBV infected patients, blood disorders (coagulopathy, thrombocytopenia), and patients with previous intra-articular injection of steroid or PRP (within past 6 months).
