Inclusion Criteria
1. Thalassemia patient with iron overload and have Echocardiogram report since 1 AUG 2016 until 31 DEC 2017
2. Age of 18 year old or over
3. Have T2* cardiac MRI within 1 month before or after echocardiography
Exclusion Criteria
1. Thalassemia patient without iron overload
2. The echocardiogram report not clear
3. Valvular heart disease
4. Medical history of valvular heart surgery
5. History of claustrophobia
