Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Thalassemia patient with iron overload and have Echocardiogram report since 1 AUG 2016 until 31 DEC 2017
  • •2\. Age of 18 year old or over
  • •3\. Have T2\* cardiac MRI within 1 month before or after echocardiography

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Thalassemia patient without iron overload
  • •2\. The echocardiogram report not clear
  • •3\. Valvular heart disease
  • •4\. Medical history of valvular heart surgery
  • •5\. History of claustrophobia
