? ASA I/II/III

? 18 to 60 Years of age

? Surgeries requiring arterial cannulation

Exclusion Criteria

? Patient refusal

? Peripheral vascular disease

? BMI >30kg/cm2

? Patients with coagulopathy

? Local infection at site of cannulation

? Pregnancy
