Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologist class 1, 2 patients undergoing staged bilateral total knee arthroplasty
patients who agree to participate in this study
age: 20 ~ 70 yr
Exclusion Criteria
> = American Society of Anesthesiologist class 3 patients
patients who do not agree to participate in this study
cardiovascular disease, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction
musculoskeletal disease, abuse of opioid or analgesics, previous history of administrating calcium channel blocker
