入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients age above 18 years
- •Patients with operable head and neck cancers.
- •Intact spinal accessory nerve intra operatively.
- •Patients having shoulder or neck pain post operatively
- •Patients having any symptoms of shoulder dysfunction such as shoulder droop, limited range of motion of shoulder abduction, insufficient muscle strength of shoulder abduction to against gravity.
排除标准
- •Patients with frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis.
- •Patients with bony deformities or pre-existing musculoskeletal disorders of shoulder joint.
- •Patients having neurological disorder
- •Patients diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis, chronic inflammatory disorder causing arthritis.
- •Patients who are not able to comprehend and follow the exercises instructed to them.
