入排标准

入选标准

  • Patients age above 18 years
  • Patients with operable head and neck cancers.
  • Intact spinal accessory nerve intra operatively.
  • Patients having shoulder or neck pain post operatively
  • Patients having any symptoms of shoulder dysfunction such as shoulder droop, limited range of motion of shoulder abduction, insufficient muscle strength of shoulder abduction to against gravity.

排除标准

  • Patients with frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis.
  • Patients with bony deformities or pre-existing musculoskeletal disorders of shoulder joint.
  • Patients having neurological disorder
  • Patients diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis, chronic inflammatory disorder causing arthritis.
  • Patients who are not able to comprehend and follow the exercises instructed to them.
