To compare 3 supraglottic airways in pediatric population undergoing lower abdomen surgery

Health Condition 1: null- Children (both male and female) of age between 1 to 10 years, who are to undergo elective abdominal surgery of less than 4 hours duration, with ASA class 1 and 2 will be included.

Inclusion Criteria

Children (both male and female).

Of age,between 1 to 10 years.

who are to undergo elective abdominal surgery of <4 hours duration.

With ASA class 1 and 2.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient with expected difficult airway (including mouth opening <2 cm, Cervical spine disease, abnormality of neck and oral pathology or any visible abnormal airway deformity).

At risk of aspiration (full stomach patient).

ASA class 3 and 4.

With upper respiratory tract infection or with coagulopathy.

Primary Outcome Measures

1.To compare oropharyngeal leak pressure and leak fraction between Ambu AuraGain, Proseal LMA and i-gel. <br/ ><br>2.To compare CL grade through different devices using paediatric fiber-optic scope. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: afer 10 min of securing supraglottic airway, followed by every 30 min till complition of surgery.

1.To compare time of insertion, ease of insertion of device, insertion of orogastric tube, number of attempts and ease of removal of the device. <br/ ><br>2.Laryngopharyngeal morbidity in form of trauma to lips, teeth and gum and blood stain on device will be noted. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: during insertion and removal
