1. Patients undergoing elective surgery at E rosette in Asan Medical Center
2. Age: > or = 20 and <80
3. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status 1,2,3
4. Patient who had consented to this study
1. Patients who have desease associated with autonomic nervous system
2. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, neurogenic pain, chronic pain
3. Numerical rating scale for pain before surgery: more than or equal 1
4. Arrhythmia
5. Patients who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in the study for any other reason not mentioned in the inclusion and exclusion criteria
