入选标准
- •Adults aged 18 years or more with
- •Open tibial shaft fractures( grade 2 and grade 3a ) amenable for intramedullary nailing and
- •with intact distal neurovascular status in affected limb
排除标准
- •closed tibial shaft fractures and
- •open tibial shaft fractures not suitable for intramedullary nailing and
- •if patient is pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- •If patient has a known allergy to aminoglycosides.
