入排标准

入选标准

  • Adults aged 18 years or more with
  • Open tibial shaft fractures( grade 2 and grade 3a ) amenable for intramedullary nailing and
  • with intact distal neurovascular status in affected limb

排除标准

  • closed tibial shaft fractures and
  • open tibial shaft fractures not suitable for intramedullary nailing and
  • if patient is pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • If patient has a known allergy to aminoglycosides.
