1. Healthy male collegiate athletes involved in overhead sports activities.
2. Age 18-26 years.
3. BMI- 18.5-24.9 kg/m2.
4. Participants must have atleast 2 years of sporting experience.
5. Participants should be involved in sport- specific training on at least 2 days per week.
1. History of shoulder pathology or pain.
2. Injury within the past 6 months.
3. BMI > 24.9 kg/m2.
4. Glenohumeral internal rotation deficit (GIRD) with greater than 20 degrees of
asymmetry compared with contralateral side.
5. Participants exhibiting symptoms of Chronic fatigue.
6. Any spinal postural deviation.
7. History of systemic neurologic disease.
8. Use of medications that could affect the musculoskeletal system.
