入排标准
入选标准
- •Probing pockets depth of = 5mm in at least 2 permanent teeth.
- •Clinical attachment level (CAL) loss of = 5mm in at least 2 teeth.
- •Patients who are systemically healthy other than type 2 diabetes patients.
排除标准
- •Pregnant or lactating female.
- •Allergy to curcumin.
- •Ingestion of systemic antibiotics in last 3 months.
- •Non-surgical periodontal treatment in the past 6 months, or surgical periodontal treatment in the past 12 months.
- •History of radiation therapy in the head and neck region.
- •Use of tobacco in any form
- •Any of periapical pathology.
- •Presence of any acute infection.
- •Presence of subgingival restoration which could interfere with clinical measurements.
