Patients over 18 years of age with alveolar ridge analysis posterior to maxilla and in need of dental implants.
Has a remaining ridge height of less than 8 mm and at least 3 mm for simultaneous placement of implants.
Patients with healthy sinuses and no symptoms of active sinusitis .
Patients with a history of uncontrolled systemic disease and some conditions such as immunosuppression, physical disorder.
Patients receiving bisphosphonates and similar drugs and chemotherapy
Do not have a history of facial radiotherapy
Patients who do not use factors that affect recovery, such as excessive smoking.
Existence of ostium occlusion in CBCT
Patients with active and untreated sinusitis
Existence of any pathological lesion in the maxillary sinus area.
