- •INCLUSION CRITERIA
- •I.Both sex: male and female patients
- •II.Age between 20-55 years
- •III.American Society of Anaesthesiologists [ASA] physical status: Grade I and II
- •IV.Body Mass Index (BMI): 18 - 30
- •V.In patients undergoing elective major surgeries under General Anaesthesia
- •VI.Patients undergoing laparotomies, laparoscopic surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, gynecological surgeries and urological procedures
- •VII.Literates
- •VIII.Patients who receives premedication tab alprazolam 0.25 mg HS and 0.25 mg CMS7
- •IX.Patients coming for surgery before 11am

- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA
- •I.Pregnant or lactating women
- •II.Undergone surgeries in the past
- •III.Difficult airway
- •IV.Deeply sedated patients
- •V.Drug or alcohol abuse
- •VI.Obstructive sleep apnea
- •VII.Seizure disorder
- •VIII.Malignant conditions
- •IX.Intellectual disability
- •X.On antifungal, macrolides
- •XI.Significantly impaired eyesight or hearing
