- •Patients age between 18-70 years of either sex
- •Patients able to comprehend and willing to participate
- •ASA physical status l-lll
- •Patients scheduled to undergo for unilateral thoracotomy under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients refusal to participate
- •Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Chronic opioid use or history of chronic pain
- •Infection at block site
- •Cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric illness
