入选标准
- •1.Healthy patients (ASA score 1 & II) aged between 14-60 years.
- •2.Teeth with irreversible pulpitis/pulp necrosis with or without apical periodontitis requiring root canal treatment.
- •3.Single rooted human permanent teeth in maxillary and mandibular arch where the root canals rated as â??calcifiedâ?? when the outline of the root canals was not discernible on the radiograph; with complete obliteration of the pulp chamber and having complete or partial (2mm) of calcification, extending into the root canal.
排除标准
- •Teeth with visible cracks, fractures.
- •Teeth with Periapical index score more than 2.
- •Severe periodontitis.
- •Teeth with immature apex.
