1. Age above 60 years
2. Participant with diagnosis RSP (FVC is <80% predicted value while the FEV1/FVC ratio = 0.7)
3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MOCA) with score of more than 18
4. Modified Medical Research Council (MMRC) grade 0-3
5. Low to moderate risk on American College of Sports and Medicine (ACSM) risk stratification
1. Any health condition that is contraindicated for performing PFT
2. Any known health condition (Cardiovascular/metabolic/renal disease /musculoskeletal conditions) that maybe worsened or pose a significant risk during exercise
3. A prior diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or asthma
