入选标准
- •1.Age between 18 to 35 years.
- •2.Body mass index <=30 kg/m2
- •3.Singleton pregnancies at term scheduled for
- •elective cesarean section under
- •spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1.ASA status III and IV.
- •2.Emergency caesarean section.
- •3.Active labour.
- •4.High risk pregnancies ( Intrauterine growth
- •retardation, preeclampsia)
- •5.Maternal cardiovascular and pulmonary
- •6.Foetal abnormalities
- •7.History of diabetes excluding Gestational diabetes
- •8.Patients on MAO inhibitors and TCA.
- •9.Patients allergic to any of the medications used in study.
- •10.If block(anesthesia) level achieved higher than T4.
- •11.Height less than 140cm or more than 180cm
