Inclusion Criteria
1.age 20-40 years
2.singleton pregnanccy
3.ASA-2
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients who refuses to give informed consent.
2.allergic to study medication.
3.maternal height less than 145cm and more than 170cm.
4.pregnancy induced hypertension, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.
5.preterm gestation or multiple gestation.
6.any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
7.level of subarachnoid block >T4.
