入选标准
- •1.age 20-40 years
- •2.singleton pregnanccy
排除标准
- •1.patients who refuses to give informed consent.
- •2.allergic to study medication.
- •3.maternal height less than 145cm and more than 170cm.
- •4.pregnancy induced hypertension, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.
- •5.preterm gestation or multiple gestation.
- •6.any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •7.level of subarachnoid block >T4.
