Inclusion Criteria

1.Body mass index 20-24.9 kg/m2
2.Had stable health status by using fix dose of blood pressure medications or lipid- lowering medication without serious symptoms

Exclusion Criteria

1. Female went through menopause for less than 6 months.
2. Type 2 DM
3. Renal diseases
4. Hepatic diseases
5. Thyroid disorder
6. Cancer
7. Anemia
8. Pregnant women
9. Lactating women
10. Take any supplements in the pass 1 month
11. Injected vaccine in the pass 1 month
12. Infected with COVID 19 in the pass 1 month
