- •referred to Al-Zahra Hospital in Isfahan
- •Conscious consent to participate in the study

- •Bilateral alveolar cleft
- •Presence of systemic diseases or pathological disorders
- •History of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- •Patients with a history of unsuccessful alveolar transplantation
