- •Patients diagnosed with â??Parkinsonâ??s diseaseâ?? Stage 3 and below on â??Hoehn and
- •Yahrâ?? scale (Appendix 6\)
- •\- Availability and access to a smartphone/laptop
- •\- A Montreal Cognitive Assessment Score (MoCA) score ranging from 19\-25

- •\- Any psychiatric illness
- •\- Severe comorbidities that limit patient to perform the program
- •\- Unable to comprehend simple commands
- •\- Unable to read/write/see
- •\- Any other neurological disorder that interferes with daily activity
