- •Patients diagnosed with â??Parkinsonâ??s diseaseâ?? Stage 3 and below on â??Hoehn and
- •Yahrâ?? scale (Appendix 6)
- •- Availability and access to a smartphone/laptop
- •- A Montreal Cognitive Assessment Score (MoCA) score ranging from 19-25
排除标准
- •- Any psychiatric illness
- •- Severe comorbidities that limit patient to perform the program
- •- Unable to comprehend simple commands
- •- Unable to read/write/see
- •- Any other neurological disorder that interferes with daily activity
