Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Dementia patients over 60 years old who can read and write text.
- •2\.Dementia judgment Criteria
- •\- Patients diagnosed with dementia according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders\-IV
- •\- There is guardian who can meet patient over once a week and can give reliable information about patient
- •\- Early stage of dementia :the scores of Korean version of Mini\-Mentel State Exam are more than or equal 18 less than or equal 26
- •\- Global Clinical Dementia Rating Scale is 0\.5 or 1
- •\- No change in dosage of anti\-dementic drugs until 3 months before the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. The elderly who have current or past major physical, neurological, or psychiatric disorders on history taking, physical examination, and laboratory test.
- •2\. Those who have medical problems such as incurable diseases (end\-of\-life with a life expectancy of 3 months or less)
- •3\. Those who have significant neurological disease that is required to be treated such as ischemic and hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.
- •4\. Those who cannot read or write because of no education or illiteracy.
