Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)All American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA)
- •Grade I and II patients
- •2\)Surgery under general Anaesthesia with controlled ventilation
- •3\)Age of 18 and 60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Recent or on going history of sore throat
- •respiratory tract infection
- •2\)On going steroid therapy
- •3\)Congenital facial abnormalities
- •4\)Nasogastric tube in situ
- •5\)Restricted mouth opening ( \<3 cm).
