-Diagnosed as Cataract
-Planned to have Phacoemulsification with or without IOL implantation (Phaco +IOL)
-Patient who is available for postoperative follow up in 1 day, 1 month and 3 month
-Opaque cornea and Anterior chamber
-Ruptured Posterior Capsule
-Dropped Nucleus
-Intraocular lens dislocation
-Irregular pupil from inflammation, trauma,postoperative
-Persistent pupillary membrane
-Small pupil aperture < 5mm.
-Irregular Corneal surface
-Keratoconous
-Vitreous haze Vitreous Hemorrhage
-Retinopathy
- Post Corneal refractive surgery
- Patients who can not use Autorefractor measurement
