Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1-2 patients undergoing tubeless laryngeal surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Severe respiratory distress requiring intubation for procedure;
pregnant;
active nasal bleeding;
base of skull fracture
