Inclusion Criteria
ASA I -II patients with normal renal and liver functions posted for elective unilateral inguinal hernia repair
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with contraindications to paracetamol, diclofenac, lignocaine and bupivacaine.
2.patient refusal
3.Patients having haemorrhagic disorders
4.Local infection
5.Patients with cotraindication to study drugs or procedure
6.Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug
7.Autonomic neuropathy
8.obese patients
9.patients with kidney/ liver disease
