Inclusion Criteria
The children from 36 months to 6year old who are planned to have osteotomy that involves long bone.
Exclusion Criteria
allergic to opioid, NASID, and other allergic history
patient who needs postoperve tranfer to intensive care unit of prolonged sedation.
