Inclusion Criteria
All patients belonging to reproductive age group (18-44 years) with inability to conceive after one year (or longer) of unprotected sex.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who refuse to give consent for participation in this study.
Women taking vitamin D supplements or using medication for systematic disease.
Women with a potential iatrogenic (e.g. ovarian surgery, gonadotoxic therapy) or known genetic cause of ovarian loss.
Infertile couples seeking fertility treatment in which causative factor is due to male infertility
